Innovative Strategies to Increase Physical Activity Among Sedentary Older Adults

A.J. is a registered kinesiologist and college professor who has been active in the health and fitness industry since 2011. Initially working with clients focused on strength and weight loss, A.J. soon attracted older adults with special needs, drawn by his educational background, professionalism, and calm demeanor. Recognizing a need for specialized services, he established his own practice catering to individuals with physical and cognitive impairments.
Currently pursuing a PhD in health & aging at Western University, A.J. has helped hundreds of clients and their families address unique challenges and serves as a key mentor to Kinesiology students at Fanshawe College and Western University.
