Session 1 - THE VITAL ROLE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IN CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT

In this session, Lisa will explore the critical role of exercise in managing depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She will discuss why physical activity is essential in today's world and emphasize the importance of the mind-body connection, which is more relevant now than
